At a New Year’s party in Staten Island back in late 2023, I made a quiet wish for a fresh start. Honestly, I was just tired. I felt lost, my health wasn’t great, and I was relying on a lot of medication to get through the day while feeling pretty stuck in my job.
I had no idea that simple wish would turn my world upside down. By January 2024, everything hit a breaking point. My body and mind were exhausted, and I felt so alone and sad, like I was falling behind while everyone else just kept moving.
Things started to turn around when I finally reached out for help. I met a wonderful guide who taught me about energy and how to take care of my spirit, and a healer who showed me that feeling better naturally is actually possible. I started studying, learning, and found a group of people who really understood what I was going through.
I’ve always felt connected to something bigger, but things really changed when I stopped running and looked at my own hurts and who I truly am. It’s not always a fast or easy road, but it is so worth it.
